50% Old Mission estate grown Chardonnay blended with 50% Leelanau Peninsula AVA Pinot gris. A perfect balance of what our Northwest Michigan wine region has to offer. Fruit forward, light to medium bodied, with a touch of sweetness and tickling acidity. This wine is conveniently canned for additional sharing opportunities but maintains that high Soul Squeeze quality.

Production Notes
Our Chardonnay and Pinot gris were pressed together creating a beautiful synergy between two expressive varietals to become a unique product of their own. Produced to maintain their natural fruit esters with balanced acidity and residual sweetness.

We crushed, pressed, and fermented these premium grapes in tandem bringing synergy to it's complex character.
