Grüner Veltliner or "The Green Grape of the Valtellina" is a unique Austrian varietal that boasts high quantities of fruit and character. Grüner is known for its expression of terroir much like the Riesling varietal. It's strong backbone of acidity encourages it's aging potential and is a great companion at the dinner table.
